Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technology trends to drive competitive advantage and market leadership.
- Oversee the innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and agile development.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the digital transformation strategy and secure necessary resources.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior architects and engineers, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for technology adoption and risk management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology landscapes, including AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA is preferred.
