Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into a comprehensive, multi-year product and technology strategy.
- Market Intelligence & Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain) and market shifts to anticipate future demands.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary communication bridge between R&D, Sales, Marketing, and C-Suite executives to ensure alignment on vision and execution.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource planning to maximize ROI on long-term projects.
- Innovation Management: Cultivate an environment of continuous innovation, fostering partnerships with startups and academic institutions for cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
- Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks and digital transformation trends.
