Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Design and maintain process flows, user stories, and wireframes to support system development and testing.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired future states to guide system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
