Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drive data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product roadmaps and user experiences
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and user stories
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
