Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable data solutions
- Design and implement SQL-based reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead stakeholder workshops across C-suite to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop process flow diagrams and UML documentation for system integrations
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within regulated industries (healthcare/fintech preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (ER/Studio, Lucidchart)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Proven track record of implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies in complex environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframing)
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to synthesize large datasets
- Experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance frameworks
