- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize backlog items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process mapping tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Strong experience with requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries a plus
