Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Design and implement dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops between business units and technical teams
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless deployment of analytical solutions
- Develop ROI analyses and financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain and enhance data governance frameworks for enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on data transformation
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries highly desirable
