Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-scale IT infrastructure deployments
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives using JIRA/Confluence
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M with variance tracking
- Coordinate vendor relationships and SLA compliance for third-party integrations
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative risk matrices
- Present executive-level progress reports to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing complex IT infrastructure or software development projects
- PMP certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials required
- Proven experience with hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodologies
- Expertise in budget management and P&L accountability
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource allocation tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
