Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows and system specifications
- Develop detailed data models, reports, and visualizations using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive weekend operational efficiency
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and test cases
- Support weekend system implementations and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
