Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all corporate operations and administrative tasks during weekend shifts.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare and distribute weekly operational reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to facilitate seamless project handovers.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate operations, administrative assistance, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating or fixed schedule.
