- Act as primary point of contact for weekend stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Monitor and maintain critical business systems, databases, and security protocols
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute weekly operational reports and performance metrics
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

- 3+ years of corporate operations or administrative experience
