Responsibilities
- Execute daily corporate administrative tasks with precision, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage incoming communications and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely response.
- Prepare and review weekly operational reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain and update the corporate filing system, both digital and physical, to ensure easy accessibility.
- Assist in special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance weekend workflow efficiency.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external clients during business hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate administrative or customer support roles (1-2 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
