Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot corporate laptops, servers, and cloud-based applications
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system security threats
- Document technical issues and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Deploy and configure new equipment during low-traffic weekend windows
- Support executive staff with high-priority technical escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate IT support experience with weekend shift preference
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong analytical skills for complex system diagnostics
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
