- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare executive summaries of weekend performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with corporate security and safety standards
- Collaborate with weekday leadership teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- 5+ years of corporate operations experience
- Proven leadership experience with weekend/shift-based teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
