- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead initiatives exploring AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions to create competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to communicate the strategic roadmap and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed to meet 2026 targets.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree (MBA or MSc) is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
