Responsibilities
- Architect and spearhead the enterprise-wide 2026 AI and Cloud transformation roadmap.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native technologies for integration into our core product suite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Design highly scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists and cloud engineers.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data compliance.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to ensure readiness for 2026 market demands.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or AI strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, enterprise cloud migrations and AI integrations.
- Deep technical expertise in modern AI/ML ecosystems (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
