- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Oversee the transition to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
- Identify potential tech bottlenecks and proactively design future-proof solutions.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and innovation summits.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or AI product leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully scaling high-impact technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a future-focused approach to problem-solving.
