Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or 10+ years in emerging technology strategy
- Published research in quantum computing or neural network optimization
- Experience scaling enterprise systems with >1M user bases
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE P7000 series) or equivalent
- Track record of securing $5M+ R&D funding for future technologies
