Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global technology trends to forecast market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain) and evaluate their potential for integration into our ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in from the C-suite.
- Project Governance: Oversee the governance of long-term R&D initiatives to ensure successful execution and ROI.
- Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with tech vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or IT Consulting, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA/MS) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to visualize long-term scenarios and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
