Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive technology strategy leading up to 2026.

- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced robotics) for enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future tech initiatives with core business goals.
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
- Present quarterly reports on tech readiness and 2026 milestone achievements.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI development, or innovation leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong understanding of emerging 2026 tech trends, including GenAI and spatial computing.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
