- Mentor a team of 15+ quantum physicists and software engineers
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers on quantum supremacy
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum cloud service integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
