Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise-wide AI integration strategies aligned with our 2026 product roadmap.
- Design scalable MLOps infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify AI-driven product enhancements.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and frameworks for future integration.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, security protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of senior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining high-performance computing standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale generative AI models into production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
