Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overarching product vision and strategy for the flagship 2026 product line.
- Develop, own, and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and future market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional agile ceremonies, ensuring rapid iteration, high-quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with key enterprise stakeholders and beta customers to gather critical feedback and refine product features.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the product organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in product management, specifically within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading 0-to-1 product launches and scaling complex technical platforms.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior software engineers and data scientists.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data-driven product development.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex visions to executive leadership and external partners.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup or high-growth tech environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).
