Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks for the 2026 roadmap.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure to support large-scale AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Mentor and cultivate talent within the engineering department, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
