Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching AI integration strategy aligned with our 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact and feasibility for enterprise adoption.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Present strategic updates and project milestones to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and upskilling in AI technologies across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI deployment practices.
