Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Architectural Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for deploying complex AI solutions in production environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to translate research into product features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publication: Author technical papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership in the AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive insights from massive datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
