Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.</li><li>Architect high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling millions of concurrent users.</li><li>Lead and mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain).</li><li>Ensure code quality, security, and scalability across all engineering initiatives.</li><li>Drive architectural decision-making processes and technology evaluations.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.</li><li>Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and data architecture.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
