Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive '2026 Technology Roadmap' focusing on next-gen AI, spatial computing, and decentralized infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of software engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to determine their viability for future enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technical vision with overarching business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems, ensuring seamless migration to highly scalable, future-proof cloud architectures.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and ethical AI usage across all future development pipelines.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and tech summits as a thought leader in future technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, enterprise-grade distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of emerging paradigms expected to dominate by 2026, including Generative AI, AR/VR spatial computing, and Web3 architectures.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining deeply hands-on with technical execution.
