Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap targeting 2026 enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with core business strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate viable solutions into existing frameworks.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI and impact of AI deployments.
- Ensure all AI initiatives strictly comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML integration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects to completion.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and enterprise architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving organizational change.
