Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, future-proof AI systems targeting our 2026 enterprise product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver complex AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, edge AI, quantum-resistant cryptography) into our core infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technical strategies with overarching business goals for the 2026 launch.
- Drive technical excellence and mentor senior engineering staff in modern architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, distributed cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps principles.
- Strong programming background in Python, Go, or C++.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
