- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into scalable technical architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy next-generation solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of new technology initiatives.
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for the company's 2026 vision at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure all technology initiatives comply with future data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or senior software engineering roles.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI-driven or cloud-native platforms from conception to launch.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning pipelines, and modern data infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
