Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) to be integrated into our core products by 2026.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design robust, scalable system architectures capable of handling rapid growth and complex data streams.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology stacks accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
