Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Horizon 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning innovation initiatives with core business objectives.
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech, to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Establish and lead an internal Innovation Lab to prototype and validate future-forward solutions.
- Predict macro-economic and market trends to advise leadership on risk mitigation and growth strategies.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure the successful adoption of new strategic initiatives.
- Present complex future-state scenarios to stakeholders with clarity and compelling visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or high-tech consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying market gaps and creating scalable strategic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
