Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end execution of the 'Project 2026' strategic roadmap, aligning with overarching business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to anticipate market shifts by 2026.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to prototype and launch future-proof solutions.
- Present quarterly vision reports and strategic milestones to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate strategic tech partnerships and potential M&A targets to accelerate 2026 goals.
- Foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation, leading internal workshops and 'future-casting' seminars.
- Monitor global regulatory trends to ensure all 2026 initiatives are compliant and ethically sound.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive, large-scale software or hardware products.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, spatial computing, and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex future concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience.
