Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and societal evolution through 2030
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce white papers and strategic briefs on emerging fields (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Manage cross-functional R&D pipelines for future-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, corporate, and governmental futurist networks
- Present findings to investors and board members using immersive data visualization
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or technology roadmapping
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry reports
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term innovation planning
