In this position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering, ensuring our platforms remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 'Project 2026' roadmap, focusing on next-gen AI and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into real-time consumer products.
- Define technical strategies for scaling our infrastructure to support the demands of the year 2026.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and assess their feasibility for our product lines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
