Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for 2026+ technological and market trends
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for future scenario planning
- Chair cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings
- Manage portfolio of emerging technology pilots and experiments
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and adoption forecasting
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
