Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Design and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state product/service development
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executives to align on future scenarios
- Develop actionable frameworks for digital transformation and sustainable innovation
- Represent FutureWorks at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTR, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
