Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map potential futures for 2026-2030
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering) and their societal impacts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Produce trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings for global stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Present findings to C-suite and board members through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
