Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and deployment of next-generation infrastructure and AI-driven systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced AI) and assess their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures while maintaining operational continuity.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical team members effectively.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure security, compliance, and scalability in all new development projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives and strategic technology planning.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong background in data analytics and artificial intelligence integration within enterprise systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
