Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Conduct research on quantum supremacy applications in cryptography and optimization
- Create quantum circuit architectures for next-generation quantum processors
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum research initiatives
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough findings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes technical projects
