Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen AI and quantum computing platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era tech prototypes
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Define technical roadmaps for sustainable tech initiatives
- Collaborate with academia to bridge theoretical research with commercial applications
- Present innovations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in future-forward development methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech architecture with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of shipping innovative products at scale
- Strong background in systems design and distributed architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Experience with agile development in futuristic tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
