Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Technical Roadmap for enterprise AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team through the transition to next-gen distributed systems and microservices.
- Collaborate with product visionaries to translate futuristic concepts into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Drive innovation in Machine Learning models and predictive analytics infrastructure.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for code quality, security, and agile methodologies.
- Represent the engineering department in high-level strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust with a proven track record in high-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and containerization technologies.
