Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation, autonomous cloud architectures.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) and assess their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and senior architects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
