Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum-AI hybrids, carbon-negative tech)
- Identify emerging tech vectors through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including VC partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive sustainability metrics integration into all tech development cycles
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling at least one unicorn/decacorn
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/TED Talks
- Certified in AI ethics (IEEE/ACM) and ESG frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- PhD or equivalent in emerging tech field from top 20 institution
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ tech implementations
