Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, UX, and sustainability teams
- Analyze market disruption vectors and future-proof enterprise architectures
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment in regulated industries
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST guidelines)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences
