Responsibilities
- Spearhead the research, development, and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including next-generation AI, spatial computing, and advanced edge computing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, executive stakeholders, and engineering teams to align future tech initiatives with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of software engineers and researchers.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for next-generation software development.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate the feasibility and ROI of emerging tech investments.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and tech summits as a thought leader in future technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Deep understanding of next-generation AI/ML models, spatial computing (AR/VR), and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling and launching highly innovative, forward-looking tech products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a highly analytical and forward-thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active engagement in the tech community with a strong pulse on where the industry is heading by 2026.
