Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSF, or PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, Austin, and global innovation ecosystems
- Experience managing innovation portfolios >$3M
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEPLE, cross-impact matrices)
