Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through quantitative research and qualitative foresight
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) required
