Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present future-focused recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry think tanks
- Author thought leadership content and trend reports on future-facing topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and other transformative sectors
